Buffet setup and service

• We will arrange a time to arrive at your event location and set up your buffet.
• Once the buffet is ready, we will tidy the areas we used, say our goodbyes, and depart the venue.
• We will compose your buffet table with elegant disposable plates, forks, and napkins. All serving vessels and utensils are included.

Venue requirements

• Provide tables for your buffet.
• Provide an on-site workspace with running water.
• Provide trash receptacles and liners. The venue is responsible for trash disposal.

Travel and service charges

• Travel — $3.50 per mile each way.
• Service fee — 18% added to the final bill.

Deposit, contract, and payment

• A $200–$400 deposit is required to book and secure the date. The deposit varies depending on the guest count.
• The deposit is due immediately to book your event; dates are not held without it.
• Once the deposit has been paid, we will prepare your contract and email it for your review.
• Pricing is provided; separate quotes are not composed.
• Final guest count and final menu selections are due 5 weeks before your event.
• The remaining balance is due 1 month before your event.
