Starting at $40 per person, with a minimum of 10 guests.

This package has several options to make your event exactly what you're looking for.

Included food

Tender margarita lime chicken.
Small taco-sized flour tortillas.
Corn tostada shells are available on request.
Cuban-style buttery white rice with lime and cilantro.
Creamy refried beans or seasoned black beans.
Shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and cabbage, house-made salsa, sour cream, jalapeños, and crunchy corn strips.

Meat options and extras

Substitute pork carnitas for chicken — add $5 per person.
Serve both chicken and slow-roasted carnitas — add $7 per person.
Salsa fresca / pico de gallo — $4 per person.
Fresh house-made guacamole — $3.50 per person.
Black bean and sweet corn salad — $7 per person.
Pineapple slaw — $7 per person.
Add shrimp to the slaw — $8 per person.
Fresh fruit bowl with assorted melons and grapes — $7 per person.
Thick chocolate chunk brownies — $5 per person.

Arrival and setup

We will arrange an arrival time so your items are ready right on time.
Provide an on-site workspace with running water.
The buffet area must be indoors or covered by a tent, awning, or pavilion.
Provide buffet tables with linens. Keep the tables clear until we finish setting up the buffet; you can decorate them afterward.
Provide trash receptacles and liners. The venue is responsible for trash disposal.
Once the buffet is set up and ready for service, we will tidy the areas we used, say our goodbyes, and depart the venue.

Included serviceware

Elegant plastic serviceware includes clear dinner plates, heavy-duty forks, and luxury-style dinner napkins, along with all serving vessels and utensils.

Dessert serviceware is available for an additional $2 per person and includes matching clear dessert plates, dessert forks, and napkins.

Travel and service charges

Travel from Kalispell — $3.50 per mile each way.
Service charge — 18% added to the final bill.

Booking and payment

A $400 deposit is required to secure the date and book the event.
Final guest count and final menu selections are due 5 weeks before your event.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.
